Details
steps to reproduce: 1. Request for refund for one of the purchased apps (ask for refund after 30 mins) 2. Check the email the developer gets 3. Click on the refund link in the email observed behavior: refund link is expired

This works now. verified at https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/marble-run/issue_refund?transaction_id=a83642a1125a08255f2373875d8bc4d8 I also checked that the developer cannot go back and use the link again and again.
