This patch is incomplete, it requires correct linking of androidgl2.jar and libandroidgl20.so from http://code.google.com/p/gl2-android

Is this patch going to be reviewed and landed?
It is 1.13MB big (!)

Is it worth adding almost 1MB to our download and installation footprint, if it's only needed for Eclair (which is 1.6% of our user base and shrinking)?
This patch does not seem to include libandroidgl20.so, which is adds another 60KB if it needs to be included.
