Content formatting for LEAD program assets.  Content for the following list of materials will be provided by HR.  Once I have a better sense of the content, I'll assign to a designer. 

* Self-assessment survey - we'll provide content but we might want some formatting
* Format for Action Plan
* Life Stances page
* Levels of Listening
* Leadership Ingredients (from Debbie's presentation)
* Some graphic work on key concepts like Designed Alliance, PIE model, etc.
* Mozilla Q3 Goal Project Worksheet:  Name and description of project, who is on the team, contact details, key details, and next meeting details
* Mozilla Q3 Goal Project group designed alliance worksheet

Attached is the first of two handouts we will need for the first off-site in May.
There are a couple of minor changes to this that we will need:
(1) At the top - as a means of introducing this concept we will need it to read:
"As a leader, we need to be aware of one of two different life-stances.  The one on the left is a play not to lose strategy.  The one on the right is a play to win strategy. As a leader, you will be more successful if you focused on outcome-creating vs. outcome-reacting"
(2) Within the document under Core Beliefs - we have edited one under each column to read:  Under Outcome reacting - I can't create what I want.  Under Outcome-creating - I can create what I want.

It is a combination of both design - re-creating what we are providing and then reformatting text.  Does that help?

Thanks Kate, yes that definitely helps.  But I'll need to have more specifics per content file so we understand exactly what needs to be re-illustrated and what needs minor polish.  Some things are pretty simple to edit or re-create, some things are not. This is why It really helps to see these asap so we have a better grasp of scope and can be sure to resource it properly and meet your deadline.

The Levels Listening graphic is a custom illustration that someone else has done, it's not really possible for us to make changes to an existing flat graphic.  If you had the layered source files that were editable... we could then go in and make the changes.  Otherwise, For Lee (or someone) to re-illustrate the whole thing from scratch would definitely be an entirely other project scope :)

So, do you have access to the source file for that graphic?

Need to change - love to passion in the bubble
Need to add source: The Leadership Circle Profile (at the bottom of the paper)

Listening:
Merge the illustrations for listening with the corresponding copy in the word document

Kate, the content I have for the listening document is a full-page. I'm pretty sure it will not fit with the large listening graphic without scaling the image down to the size of a stamp :) 

I'd recommend just copy + pasting the copy into a new page (into the letterhead I provided) and refer to the page with the graphic.

Tara,
Yes we are done for materials for Cohort 1, Session 1.
We had to add the copy to the Listening document - which we did.  We also had to add some of the copy we requested to the Life Stances document.  But both are complete now.
