We've started to air the possibility of a bugfix deployment for Sync1.1. This bug tracks things that produce client-visible misbehaviour and thus should be included.

Since Bug 745059 is thought to be producing user-visible weirdness, we should include it in this release.

This deployment *should* fix Bug 687108 due to the fixed for the memcached backend. This is a note that we need to verify it once the release has been pushed live.
