Completely the wrong bug number in the commit, muppet. https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/c10166 There's no buttons or delete links because there isn't a profile page yet.

Ya, it's there: users.profile. Just hidden because it's not mobile-optimized.
This needs to be made visible before I can verify the bug.
