Steps:
Disable Gloda
No way to initiate an open search other than context click on a highlighted term
The search box should be available for open search and not depend on the Gloda box
This is a discoverability issue for open search, all the way back to TB11

Hmz... I have Gloda disabled, but I still have the Global Search widget in my Mail Toolbar, so I can just press Ctrl-K and perform an open search.
