Details
The rules for icons have changed: http://mozilla.github.com/webapps-spec/#properties "A map of icon sizes to URIs of the icons (which may be absolute or data URIs)" And can now be absolute. Which is good, because the icons in our own manifest are served from a CDN and start with https://....
