Folders Sort Order should be same throughout app (folders pane, menu, etc). 

My suggestion is to use the sort order of the folders pane (standard folderser
first, then user created folders). The folders should be sorted alphabetically
within their group (standard folders, user created folders), regardles of
whether they contain subfolders or not.

Currently, the menu: Message-  copy message - local folders does not respect the
two groups and also sorts folders with subfolders first. This is (A)
unintuitive, and (B) confusing because different from the folders pane.

PS. I also think that the "Standard Folders" should *all* have a
different/unique icon from the "user created folders" to give a stronger visual
clue where what is, and to distinguish them from the user created folders.
Currently, the unsent msg, templates, and sent folders do not have a unique icon
(another bug?).
