Using apr2 commercial trunk build, mac OS 9.0
related bug 44799 for other platforms

When using menu or account central to launch either the Search Messages or
Message Filters ui when there is already an instance of the ui open but hidden
behind another window, the mac will actually close the existing instance of the
ui instead of bringing it to the foreground. Once this has happened, you can't
launch the same ui again in that session -- you must exit and return.

Steps:
1. From mail window, click a mail account level to get the Account Central page.
2. Click the account central link Search Messages. Search Messages ui opens.
3. Click to focus in the mail window again. Search ui goes behind open mail or
browser windows.
4. Click the account central Search Messages link again. Try to find the Search
ui. It has been closed, but is still listed in Tasks menu as open window/ui.
5. Try to launch search again -- nothing happens, can't get it to launch again
until you exit and return.

Note: same thing happens with search or filters accessed either by menu or
account central link.

Result: Mac appears to close the existing search or filters ui upon launch when
an instance already exists. After that, you can't launch it again in the session.

Expected: The existing instance of the ui should come to the foreground or at
least still be available to the user.

This is really a hinderance for testing.

Ninoscka's mac doesn't do this... I'm wondering if there's something I can
tweak? This problem really bothers me.
Hmmm. I just tried this using current 0.9.4 branch builds on both mac OS X and
9.1 and I didn't see the problem anymore. Will mark it worksforme. Will keep an
eye out for it and reopen if necessary.
