In case if bug 758328 is ported to beta and patches from bug 757829 are landed, we'll need to remove enableSigningAtBuildTime and enablePartialMarsAtBuildTime (and use their defaults set to True), and also bump patcherToolsTag to UPDATE_PACKAGING_R16 which uses checksums files to generate snippets.
