The feature allows to open an editor that refreshes CSS style sheet live in the browser.

No blocker.

This is a Firefox feature.
The feature or code does not affect Firefox directly unless the feature is opened from the Developers Tools menu AND the user starts editing a style sheet.
Editing only affects the content document related to the edited style sheet.
