Notice that https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/marble-run-24/ doesn't have a description field. observed behavior: App description is not displayed in the details page even though the app developer specified one at https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/marble-run-24/edit
