steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/settings
2. try to upload a profile pic

expected behavior:
There is a preview of the uploaded profile pic.



observed behavior:
There is no preview of the uploaded pic. However, upon clicking save changes the profile pic shows up.
Priority: -- → P3
Assignee: nobody → cvan
