CSS transitions stutter on Firefox 12 and exhibit horrible visual artifacts on today's Nightly.

We should skip frames when we can't keep up with the desired framerate.  Is the stutter you're seeing consistent with that?  If so, this just needs a profile to see what's slow.  If not, more investigation is needed.

The issue does not exist in the latest Nightlies, so I'm marking this Resolved.
