STR:

1) get pdf.js installed/setup 
2) uninstall reader
3) double click on a pdf

results: firefox isn't listed as one of the applications that can render pdf files. We should add this.

Note you can still hit the browse button and select fx. Once this is done pdfs open in fx and render properly.

This needs to be coordinated with our roll out of pdf.js. I'm not sure what those plans are.
