At the absolute minimum, it needs periodic PGO.

Probably, it needs nightlies. Do they need to create updates, to be sure we don't break that?

Ideally, it would do Spidermonkey builds and run the v8 talos suite.

Probably not much point in a bundle that won't happen until Sunday, and I really hope 3-hour PGO is faster than we need because there won't be that many things landing there, but let's just go with it.
