"text-decoration: underline;" not working for outliner

see threadPane.css for the usage

I'm using it to try to duplicate the 4.x mac behaviour of underlining the text
of a read message, that is a top message of a thread that has unread children.

this might be a linux only issue
and it might be related to another bug about descenders getting cropped.

this seems to vary per platform.

w2k works fine (see attached screen shot)  but winnt might not.  linux doesn't.

could be a font issue, related to bug #73984

See bug 58788. 'text-decoration' was never really worked out in xul.
