Crash Data

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0 Build ID: 20120312181643 Steps to reproduce: www.cityrail.info -> 13100 trip planner. Enter 'central' and 'redfern' (or any two valid station names) in station textboxes, let everything else default, click 'view trip' Actual results: Results popup appeared momentarily (blank), then both FF windows closed. Crash report bp-9fc4d543-be5e-4410-904a-5b3142120420 submitted (I think). Problem is reproducible, and occurs with addons disabled. Previous versions of FF were OK. Expected results: Popup populated with a selection of possible trips.
I don't crash in 11.0 or Nightly using your STR. Do you have the latest Flash version (see http://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/)? Does it happen in Safe Mode (see http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Safe%20Mode)?

Plugincheck shows Flash up to date (11.2.202.233). As per original message, occurs in safe mode (addons disabled). Still occurs this morning. Is there any option for taking a dump/stack trace/whatever?
(In reply to Peter Horn from comment #2) > As per original message, occurs in safe mode (addons disabled). For the record, Safe Mode (Restart with Add-ons disabled menu item) disables extensions and themes, HW acceleration and some JS stuff. It doesn't disable plugins which are add-ons. Does it happen with a new profile (see http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing-profiles)? If no, can you provide as an attachment the about:support page of your original profile?
Peter ?? (In reply to Scoobidiver from comment #3) > Does it happen with a new profile (see > http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing-profiles)? > If no, can you provide as an attachment the about:support page of your > original profile?
Sorry for delay. I'd started investigating, then got overrun by auto-update and other things. I traced it to a particular chunk of javascript, presumably interacting with a plugin - WebDev? New profile and safe mode didn't work. The problem didn't occur on a virgin instal with no addons. About FF13 or 14, the problem disappeared (I wasn't watching :)), so I'm happy for you to close this.
