Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit the following links:
 - cnn.com
 - steampowered.com
 - krantenkoppen.be
 - mail.yahoo.com
 - http://www.potionfactory.com/tangerine/
2. For each link zoom in and then perform a zoom out to view the checkerboard pattern.
3. Alternatively scroll the page to produce the checkerboard.

Expected results:
The checkerboard is either the color of the background(Bug 743749) or white(Bug 745809) 

Actual results:
 - cnn.com - background color is white/checkerboard color is white
 - steampowered.com - background color is black/checkerboard color is white
 - krantenkoppen.be - background color is pink/checkerboard color is pink
 - mail.yahoo.com - background color is gray/checkerboard color is gray
 - http://www.potionfactory.com/tangerine/ - background color is tangerine/checkerboard color is gray

Checkerboard color should not be consistent, it should match the background color of the website.  See bug 743749

According to Bug 743749 logged on march 9th the color should be the background color. According to Bug 745809 logged on march 16th the color should be white. Which is the correct behavior?

Regardless of this none of the two cases is true:
 - cnn.com - background color is white/checkerboard color is white
 - steampowered.com - background color is black/checkerboard color is white
 - krantenkoppen.be - background color is pink/checkerboard color is pink
 - mail.yahoo.com - background color is gray/checkerboard color is gray
 - http://www.potionfactory.com/tangerine/ - background color is tangerine/checkerboard color is gray

For now this is wontfix. We take the CSS background colour of the body tag, which it's up to the site to define.

In the case of steampowered.com for mobile devices, it defines no background colour, so we default to white.
