(Not porting SingleSourceFactory, but creating a text file with links to revision and build instructions.)

I'll take this for now.
I started expanding my work in bug 749312 to also include SingleSourceFactory bundle/tarball creation+upload.

We might not need this for daily betas if there's no legal requirement to provide source tarballs/bundles for Betas.

bug 749312 comment 4 and bug 749312 comment 8 have info on how we could reduce the tarballs to a text file.

However, bug 750294 has been resolved, and about:license gives all this information.

Ideally we kill source builds.  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=749312#c2 describes how.  We can replace the source tarball with a README.

If not, we can proceed with this bug.
