We'd like to have Marc keep being able to pitch in on autoland work which means keeping his LDAP account (as a community member) and making sure he still has his scm_level2 hg access as well as MPT-VPN.

A committer's agreement has been confirmed.  Is Chris Atlee still the manager? 

An LDAP account has been created and the account information has been sent to Marc's personal email address.

To request scm_level2 hg access, you must submit a separate bug under "Repository Accounts Requests" component.

No manager, he is a community contributor now.
