The URL contains an XML file that has mime type application/xml. If you try to
open it in Mozilla you get a content area that does not refresh.

The XML specification states that text/xml and application/xml are valid mime
types for XML.
I have a fix for this, and I am working on the fix for bug 65848 (support
application/xhtml+xml). Moving to 0.9.1.
