75045 - 'Enter your password' dialog is not modal

The 'Enter your password for...' is not modal to the messenger dialog (and 
other browser dialogs too).  The user is allowed to click on other dialogs and 
hide this password dialog behind it.  This dialog also does not have a menu so 
it will not show up on the task bar either.

If the user happens to have clicked on another browser/messenger dialog, it is 
very difficult to bring this dialog to the front when the desktop is cluttered 
with open windows.

However, the user can still select messages and folder in the messenger window.

To get to this "Enter your password" dialog do the following:
1) start up the browser
2) hit CTRL-2
