1. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/CSS_test.html
2. zoom all the way out in portrait mode

Expected: a thin blue lined box
Actual: a thin blue lined box disappears when fully zoomed out.

Note: 
table

  border: blue solid thin;
  width: 100%;
  }

and to note, it breaks in landscape but not as bad.
