Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:15.0) Gecko/15.0 Firefox/15.0a1 steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/afrikaans-spell-checker/contribute/roadblock/?src=dp-btn-primary&version=20110323 2. Click on the 'Add to Firefox' button expected behavior: Since dictionaries are not eligible for d2c, we shouldn't show the incompatibility popups for them. See screenshot actual behavior:

What should we do in cases where the add-on type is not an extension? Previously we were going to show the popup but say, "Add-on is not an extension." But we felt that would be confusing to the user so we decided to not put that in the popup. Also, since we're here, tell me if the buttons and popups on this page look ok: https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/arabic-spell-checking-dictiona/versions/

I'd be fine with not showing a popup in the case. It's not compatible; that's all the user needs to know. Anything we say would just confuse them more. So, maybe we have it say "This version isn't compatible with your version of Firefox.", and that's it. Also, on that page, it says "Add-on has not been updated to support default-to-compatible." Can we change that to say "Add-on has not been updated to support your version of Firefox."? The latter is more true and way less confusing.

Er, correction: we show the popup, but not show a reason.
