d2c dictionaries
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load AMO homepage and click on More->Dictionaries & Language Packs (or load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/language-tools/ )
2. Click on a Dictionary that is not compatible with the current version of Firefox (ex. https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/arabic-spell-checking-dictiona/ )
Expected results:
"Add to firefox" button is colored in green and user is able to install with no issues.
Actual results:
"Add to firefox" button is colored in gray and when is pressed a pop-up is opened containing the text "This add-on is not compatible with your version of Firefox because of the following:" and reason is not present. Dictionaries should not be compatible for D2C.
Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF12 (Win 7).
