If I understand correctly, ehsan will be looking into seeing that we can build the 32-bit builds on the Windows 64 machines that we currently have.

I will set a slave for him and pass the bug to him when I am ready.
Bob, we're going to produce a build that will need smoke testing.  Is there someone in QA we can work with to do the smoke testing?
