steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/statusbar-clock/?src=search
2. Notice that the add-on has roadblock set up
3. Click on the "?" next to the "Not available for Firefox 4.0.1" message.
expected behavior:
incompatibility popup opens up so that the user doesn't have to go to another page to see why the ad-on is not compatible.
actual behavior:
incompatibility popup doesn't open in the details page for add-ons with roadblock
