See testcase, make sure you have some autocomplete suggestion available when tapping on the text input

Steps to reproduce:
- Scroll downwards to the middle of the page, there is a text input there
- Tap on the text input to open the form autocomplete popup

Expected result:
- Vkb appears and form autocomplete popup appears just above the text input, since there is the only available room left

Actual result:
- Form autocomplete popup appears, then the vkb appears and the form autocomplete is buried under it or has completely disappeared.
