Go to bugzilla.mozilla.org. The VKB comes up by default, but hide it and zoom in to the search field in the middle of the page. Then tap on the search field. (This STR assumes you have previously searched for bugs using that field, so there is some form history)
Expected: the page scrolls to put the search field just above the VKB (which appears), and the form autocomplete shows up above that.
Actual: the form autocomplete popup obscures the text field. See attached screenshot.

I was able to reproduce this issue on the latest Nightly on gmail.com
