Brazil is our target market for B2G and Apps. Brazilian publishers and content providers need to know be exposed to current case studies as education. Need to translate this page into Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/apps/partners/
Is that page string frozen?
Attached file Audiovroom video script for subtitles (obsolete) —
Here is the first of a few videos that I have transcribed to ease the burden of the translation process for subtitling purposes. More to come shortly.
MobBase video content ready for translation.
Teambox video ready for translation and subtitles
Kicksend video is transcribed and ready for translation / subtitles
FYI, - the strings for this page have been enclosed in l10n calls on github - there is currently no subtitling support on the new platform, we will need webdev help implementing universal subtitles on the site for example - there is an 'opening soon' graphics on the site that require translation and then graphics processing work by our designers I will open dependent bugs for the subtitles support and the graphics work needed

Could we please get the 'Evernote' video added to this page — as well as transcribed. Dan to advise whether Rainer has completed this video after the initial drafts.
FYI, the page itself is setup for translation for pt-BR and our Brazilian localizers were warned about the need for the translation. The MobBase video is also integrated in Universal Subtitles (http://www.universalsubtitles.org/pt/videos/HI9XUmCxkuj0/info/) and our localizers also know about this one. I will integrate the next ones on Monday/Tuesday as today is bank holiday in my country and I will be on PTO tomorrow. The URL of the staging server for pt-BR is: https://www-dev.allizom.org/b/pt-BR/apps/partners/ Once localizers have sent their translations to the repository, that server will be updated with the strings. Regarding comments 7 and 8, note that webdev is in charge of implementing changes to the website such as integrating videos or removing them, thefore filing specific bugs as dependencies of this one and talking to Mike Alexis to ask him who should implement those requests in his team is probably best.

Attached is the transcribed Evernote script. The video needs to be subtitled.

Hello! Here are the links to our 2 newest videos: Everynote & Box files.me.com/rainercv/25ol06.mov files.me.com/rainercv/cazbkw.mov These need to be uploaded to the Partner page (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/apps/partners/) ASAP. One they are uploaded, subtitles need to follow closely after. Thanks!
Diana, I created a new bug for adding these videos and marked it a blocker to this one.

FYI, all the videos are now translated in Universal Subtitles: Teambox : http://www.universalsubtitles.org/pt/videos/dvmnkd83CJgI/info/ Box : http://www.universalsubtitles.org/pt/videos/fxvXQC0H68AU/info/ Evernote : http://www.universalsubtitles.org/pt/videos/LaXSpZ3FQJps/info/ Mobbase : http://www.universalsubtitles.org/pt/videos/HI9XUmCxkuj0/info/ Kicksend : http://www.universalsubtitles.org/pt/videos/lQ8UVq6KwwEW/info/ The page itself is also translated, expect a legal sentence in the footer that was last week to be localizable. https://www-dev.allizom.org/b/pt-BR/apps/partners/ The page should include the Universal Subtitle widget so as that the subtitles get displayed on the video

Pascal, We added a link to the page that goes to the Amara site for the subtitled videos. We'll need the string translated. I see that the page is translated here: http://stage2.silverorange.com:8183/en-US/apps/ What are the next steps to get this pushed to prod?

Mike, this bug is for apps/partners page, the link you used is another page on silverorange servers. Here is the page: https://www.allizom.org/b/pt-BR/apps/partners/ https://www.allizom.org/b/es-ES/apps/partners/ https://www.allizom.org/b/es-AR/apps/partners/ https://www.allizom.org/b/fr/apps/partners/ I added the new string for translation, we should get that string translated shortly. I noticed a font problem for es-ES (bug 783233) but fixing the bug for es-ES should not block pt-BR and es-AR. We also need the sign-up form to not be included by default since the code on the site doesn't manage yet forms for international users and that newsletter is not localized, that's bug 783268.
Thanks Pascal. Yeah, sorry I dropped the wrong URL in comment#16 Once that string is translated what are the next steps in getting the page pushed to prod? Rik, do you still need to do the /b redirects?
The string is translated in Portuguese, I am going to ping Spanish localizers.
Depends on: 783635
Spanish is done
(In reply to Pascal Chevrel:pascalc from comment #21) > Spanish is done Looks like everything is all set for the Portuguese and Spanish translations. Can we push to prod today?
Component: www.mozilla.org → General
Product: Websites → www.mozilla.org
So I've changed the translation for 'Coming soon' to Abre Pronto. And I've copied the es-ES files to es-CL and es-MX. I discussed this with Pascal over the phone. I have a slight hesitation on the source for es-CL and es-MX. He might have told me to use es-AR instead of es-ES. This is done in r108484. Pushed to stage with r108485 and prod with r108486.
So this is all in production. The only thing left is pushing the /b/ redirect to prod, in bug 783635.
