Like bug 752781, this started around the time compartment-per-global landed, and like that, nobody wanted to get stuck filing this.

This is the #4 toporange of the last few days and is causing aggravation for sheriffs. 

I've disabled the |is(scrollbox.scrollTop, 10, "Starting a 0-delta scroll shouldn't cancel a pending async scroll.");| on OS X 10.8, until this is fixed:
