found this using 2001.04.09.09 bits on linux --nbaca also sees this on win32. this is a regression, i believe. 0. make sure you have the regular 3pane mailnews window layout. 1. hit ctrl+M to open a new mail compose window. expected: compose window should appear. result: it doesn't. note: not a problem with the alternate 3pane layout, nor a problem when doing ctrl+M from a browser window.
also a problem on mac.
