http://commentcamarche.net is slow when responding to link, the google text ads are hard to click on and can take 2-3 different tries before the browser responds. 

We tried the ICS stock browser and the Samsung Glaxy note and they didn;t seem to have the same problems.
Laura showed me her Galaxy SII and I was able to reproduce this intermittent problem. It seems like some links, especially the Google ads, take 2 taps, even when the link is zoomed in real big like.
I found this issue on m.macys.com as well.
Reporter's account is disabled so I can't ask her if this still reproduces. Closing as incomplete.
