ping. Is there anything else I need to get this done, It's holding up a pretty large checkin to NSS.

Thanks.

bob
I've cc'd :justdave and devservices to see who can assist you with this

In the future it's best to open a newf bug in the Developer Services queue and block your CVS move bug with it, that way it'll get the appropriate visibility
Brandon (or justdave),

What is this Developer Services queue and how do I get to it. (It's now been a couple of weeks and it's still holding up a checkin, and I'd like to get the right process so it shows up in the right work queue.

Thanks,

bob
Bob, I once had to do something like similar, look at Bug 676136 may help you.
Does anyone know of a page descriving the proper steps/procedure that we can refer too?
Links would be helpful. There are no links in bug 676136, only references to "the sysadmin wiki". googling for "mozilla sysadmin wiki" or "mozilla developer services queue" doesn't seem to show anything useful:(.

You're falling victim to the fact that very few people care about CVS these days, and the majority of the people who know how to deal with these requests are busy and/or have moved on to other things - sorry about that.

ashish/dumitru, attachment 553680 [details] demonstrates what needs to be done here (with the input file from this bug). All the right sign-offs are in place. Could either of you help and run the relevant scripts?

Sorry, I've been on PTO and behind on bug mail

I was referring to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?product=mozilla.org;component=Server%20Operations%3A%20Developer%20Services;resolution=---;list_id=3427263

If you browse to the mozilla.org component you'll see a number of queues under Server Operations: that are monitored and triaged at least weekly

If you're ever unsure of the right queue, you can use https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=mozilla.org&format=itrequest and once the bug is made, set it as blocking on yours, and asking the on call person listed in #it is also a good way to get some attention, as the various product queues are in differing states of being monitored

Gavin had added a couple more people, so hopefully we can get this resolved on Monday

Should be good to go. I'll make sure the default assignee and QA contact for this is updated, so the next bugs land in the right place. Sorry for the delay!
