Web page or screen you were on when you saw the issue: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Synced tabs
2. Opened a Google Doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Icyv_LLt8Q_yZfpBSzpUyq4oZpf_WuKuJ_C2qIrRTXc/edit
3. this automatically opens the keyboard.
4. I hide the keyboard to read the doc
5. The doc only loads the title, the toolbar and the first line of text. Can't scroll down.

I see a bunch of odd painting issues with text overlap and black content areas when panning and scrolling around.

This seems like a dupe of bug 753742 in some ways, but perhaps has some other issues. It should be looked at once bug 753742 is fixed to see if all the issues go away.

This is improved by the fix of bug 753742, but there are still some issues here that need looking at.

There still are painting issues at docs.google.com on Nightly 15.0a1 2012-05-20. Please see the videocapture: http://youtu.be/lFAsnFNqDPo. 
Issues: Only the viewport is painted, the content of the text edit div is not scrollable (seems similar to Bug 756453), the user information overlaps the content, the numeric size of the font moves when the page is scrolled left-right.

Tested on all branches using:
 - Asus Transformer Pad (4.2.1)
 - LG G4 (5.1)
 - Nexus 9 (6.0.1)

This issue is no longer reproducible on any of the devices listed above.
