We're shipping SDK 1.7 today, based on the 1.7 tag.

1.5 and 1.6 should probably be disabled/deprecated on the site as part of this.

It's not, bug 755435 relates to the signatures for the new release, this bug ( now resolved ) relates to making SDK 1.7 available to users of Builder.
