User Agent: Opera/9.80 (X11; Linux x86_64; U; Edition Linux Mint; en) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.64 Actual results: Hello, This may be similar to Bug 528508 but since there seems to be no activity for a year and I am not sure how to add myself to that string I am submitting this bug as new. I have been using Tbird 12.0.1 about 3 months and find it to be very efficient and usable. However, with familarity I find a tweak -that would make it better- missing. I would like to see if I have unread emails from the folder title. I have several emails for different purposes and I prefer to collapse them until needed to save space and they are easier to look at that way. When collapsed I have no idea if I have any new mail unless I click to expand on each account. There, the Subfolders do exactly what I would like the main/title folder to do: show the number of new emails. Searching the internet I discovered someone else trying to do the same but this person said it was an option in earlier versions but had been removed. Why? Is this person mistaken? How do I do this tweak? Is there an add-on? Is this option to return in a later version? Also, an idea that developed whilst searching the problem: In addition to allowing the title/main folder to indicate new mail, have it turn a specified color when new mail arrives. Whether or not attention is given to this I intend to continue to utilize Tbird. It is still great even without my minor tweak issue.
You should now be CCed on that bug.
