There's a Clear Site Settings, but no way to access the Site Settings. On XUL this was accessible via pressing the favicon.
'Clear Site Settings' provides a listing of fine-tuneable attributes one may wish to clear pertaining to the page that created that them.

If "Clear Site Settings" doesn't actually clear site settings but rather opens a dialog, perhaps the language can be fixed to reflect that. I've never clicked it because I didn't want to clear my site settings and then later regret it. I most certainly didn't think it took you to what was the old site settings doorhanger from XUL.
I agree that the label on the menuitem is misleading. At the very least we should add an ellipsis to the end of it. Ian, what do you think?
