Platform: MacOS, Ffx 15 (nightly) S.T.R.: Open a service window. Close the main ChromeWindow. Make sure the service window is focused. The New Window and Close Window keyboard shortcuts and menu commands have no visible effect.

The bootstrap code we're using isn't handling the overlay quite right, so menu's are not working. I don't think it is important enough to fix for the addon. When we land the service window, we just need to ensure that the window is correctly overlayed by chrome://browser/content/macBrowserOverlay.xul

the new serviceWindow code in bug 770695 relies on the normal browser window, which does not have this issue.
