addition of new radio buttons
When generating reports either on TCBS or on Crashes per ADU we need to add an additional filter to indicate whether the dates the report is generated for are for crash dates or build dates.

[:kairo] So, from a U perspective and for crashes per ADU, is this not really all we need to add for each of the panels on the left? I am referring to the addition of the two radio buttons above the date selectors.
