This is a spin off from bug 39209 (it is attachment #5 [details] in that bug). When you toggle between the "Add Vendor" and "Edit Vendor" radio buttons, you'll see that the "Edit Vendor" text moves slightly. The table cell's reflow appears to be ok, but I noticed that when dumping frames that the line containing the "Edit Vendor" radio button was positioning it differently.
Moving to m1.0, although it would nice if these incremental reflow bugs could be fixed sooner.

Tested using current debug build. Cannot reproduce. Marking WORKSFORME
