However its also listed in .json as attached to foopy19, has been down >10 days, and is listed on that foopy as offline-*

I just PDU cycled, and will check on it in just a bit.

Hasn't been in production since last time we tackled this. But PDU cycle is not bringing it back right now, and we finally have space in production.

Tossing back to DCOps to recover/reimage.

I reimaged this tegra a few times today and its still not pingable on my side, I also swapped the SD card.
