Tegra-054 is in a sorry state, it has SUTAgent 1.07 and cannot update itself.
It also has an _empty_ /data/data/ does have an empty sdcard folder, but mount shows no sdcard attached, I worry about the overall state of this one.
Please reflash, and manually format the sdcard while you are here (if it stays down after recovery, next step is an attempt at swapping this sdcard before it heads to clint)
$>exec mount
rootfs / rootfs ro,relatime 0 0
tmpfs /dev tmpfs rw,relatime,mode=755 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts rw,relatime,mode=600 0 0
proc /proc proc rw,relatime 0 0
sysfs /sys sysfs rw,relatime 0 0
tmpfs /mnt/asec tmpfs rw,relatime,mode=755,gid=1000 0 0
/dev/block/mtdblock3 /system yaffs2 ro,relatime 0 0
/dev/block/mtdblock6 /data yaffs2 rw,nosuid,nodev,relatime 0 0
/dev/block/mtdblock4 /cache yaffs2 rw,nosuid,nodev,relatime 0 0
/dev/block/mtdblock0 /misc yaffs2 rw,nosuid,nodev,relatime 0 0

Last two jobs on this device failed, and it was currently hung it SUTAgent, PDU Cycling...
Took a long time to clear a SUTAgent hang again but finally came up, and just grabbed up a job.

This was me running slaverebooter against tegras to test some slaverebooter changes (we don't normally run it against tegras anymore)
While these ones may very likely be down, they are wontfix (at least for now)
