OS: Android 2.2/Android 2.3.3/Android 2.2
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load a page that allow scrolling and has some text (desktop version of news.google.com or a news article at cnn.com)
2. Wait for the page to load.
3. Scroll the page.
Expected results:
Until the page can be displayed low resolution screenshots are displayed when scrolling at the same zoom level of the page giving a "focusing" feeling to scrolling.
Actual results:
The low resolution screenshots are at a bigger zoom level when scrolling.
