Details

SMS has several content encodings. THere's UCS2 and a bunch of language-specific 7bit ones. We should have high-level API tests for these.

The only national language enabled is Turkish and the test cases is covered in Bug 733331. As Comment 3 mentioned the test cases should be covered by individual national language implementations. I think this bug no longer valid.
