Google Chrome seems to work fine.

I'm more interested in comparisons to true native apps -- perhaps things like any Windows settings/preferences UI that has tabs or things like that.
I also think you should try to describe steps to reproduce, actual, and expected results more clearly so that others can tell what behavior you expect.
Did you try to disable Direct2D? Looks like a gfx glitch as described in Bug 686782

Everything looks ok with HW acceleration off, I guess it's the same Nvidia card issue. Thanks redsign!
