Occasionally when clicking reply-all, to and all the cc fields are disabled
and they can't be removed.

I can pretty consistently reproduce with both reply and reply all, but only with a specific message. If I click a different message and come back to the problem message I can better reproduce.

I can reproduce with 2012-05-23 and 05-17.

I think I am seeing bug 756971 which should be fixed in tomorrow's daily.  perhaps you too?

There is a specific error message associated with bug 756971:

Error: TypeError: names.value[i] is null
