Update the FF privacy policy with the approved changes in support of snippet impressions. Final copy will be added to this bug when everything is approved.
Below is the location and final copy: == Page Location (From Stacy M) In the current version (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/legal/privacy/firefox.html), I would put it in "Interactive Product Features" under a subheading of "Snippets" or "Snippets Feature". I would probably put it after "Usage Statistics." == Final Copy Firefox's default home page (<about:home>) loads snippets of info that we think will be useful to you. You can see them right below the search bar. Once per day, Firefox gets new snippets from Mozilla. Whenever you see a snippet, that snippet makes a request to Mozilla, so that we can count how often snippets are viewed. This request to Mozilla only sends the name of the snippet and is securely transmitted over HTTPS. We only use the information from these requests to estimate what fraction of Firefox users click on each snippet, and we break down this info into general categories like Firefox version and geographic area. We will not use any of the information in this request to attempt to identify you or your activity anywhere else online, and we aggregate the info we receive into these general categories as soon as is practical.

Clarification Note: We updated the existing ff privacy policy in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=764151 This bug covers the 'new' bedrock policy under development. The new bedrock PP should not go live without the above changes being added. http://www-dev.allizom.org/b/en-US/privacy/policies/firefox/

I am ready to send a pull request for the final Firefox policy in Bedrock, which includes this change but I am blocked on a previous pull request that still needs to be reviewed and merged. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=755055#c10
