So, this is Linux-specific, and it's single-pixel single-color-component differences around the rounded parts of the button corners. I suppose it could be a really tiny subpixel positioning difference, or it could just be randomness in the native theme drawing (maybe specific to large sizes?).
Could also be the native theme drawing differing depending on how things are layerized, maybe?
